The day I got home from Alaska Abbie was baptized!
What an exciting day! I love baptisms and I was so excited to be a part of this important day for her. I had the privilege to speak about the Holy Ghost. I was so honored that she would pick me to speak. When she was baptized I almost cried from happiness. It is so great that at the age of 8 she has already made the decision to follow the example of Jesus Christ and take upon herself his name. I saw so many people in Portugal that it took so many years for them to reach this point. I am thankful that she will be able to enjoy the blessings from such an early age!
